7. 7:40 RPP, Residential Parking Permit request for 2000 block of
Brackenridge.

8. 7:50 South Congress Hotel project planned for 1603 South Congress: The
project is expected to be an 80-room hotel with associated ground-floor
amenities such as restaurants and retail space. They are not asking for any
variances or exceptions from code as part of the project.

9. 8:05 Demolition permit process: Demolition [address] has been proposed
while Travis Heights - Fairview Park Local Historic District designation is
pending. Historic Landmark Commission process.

10. 8: 15 Area 8 Traffic Calming Task Force: report on status of project
located in Area 8 for design, landscaping, construction of traffic calming
improvements.

project, delayed schedule & impact on residents. Motion for SRCC support: send
letter to City officials to request priority for project completion.
